A small Picardy village of 500 inhabitants, we are at the gateway to the Bay of Somme , five minutes from the A28 motorway.
In the village, lovely walks through the fields (flax, wheat, potatoes, beets, etc.), greeting the horses, cows, sheep and other animals from the surrounding farms as you pass.

Right next door, 15 minutes away, the town of Abbeville : its town centre and shops, the Bouvaque park, the Emonville gardens, the Boucher-de-Perthes museum, the Saint Vultran collegiate church, the Belfry, the banks of the Somme......

45 minutes away, the city of Amiens , known for its Gothic cathedral and its medieval belfry, the alleys of the Saint Leu district, the hortillonages, the Jules Verne house, etc.

On the sea side, the Bay of Somme with 25 minutes with Saint Valery sur Somme , Le Crotoy , Cayeux sur Mer (Baie de Somme railway, crossing the Bay with a guide, walking through fishing villages, the white route by bike or even going to see the seal colony at the Pointe du Hourdel, etc.).

Still on the coast a little further south also 30 minutes away, Ault and the Bois de Cise (see the pretty Chapel hidden in the woods) and the 3 sister towns : Le Tréport(pretty fishing port, cliff, funicular, casino, sea trips) - Mers les Bains (very beautiful sandy beach at low tide, Belle Epoque houses with colorful facades, large market on Mondays, cliff) and the town of Eu (the castle and its park, the collegiate church, the rose garden, the Eu forest, its shopping town center and its very beautiful market on Friday mornings).

A little further north, the Marquenterre park, 40 minutes away, is a great place to observe birds in the heart of the Baie de Somme National Nature Reserve.
